In January 2025, the Jackie Cameron School of Food & Wine welcomed new culinary students. The first week featured a meet-and-greet with alumni like Michael Ellis, Lungi Ngidi, and Jared Nosenzo, sharing their professional journeys. Each student received a personalized, signed copy of Jackie Cameron Cooks at Home and explored local food artisans on a KZN Midlands tour. With exciting events ahead, the school offers aspiring chefs a chance to begin their culinary careers in South Africa.
