Student recipes with new KOO Pilchards range

KOO recently launched a new range of Pilchards; Pilchards in Tomato Sauce and Pilchards in Hot Chilli Sauce, and our students had the honour of developing a few delicious recipes for you to try at home.

Join us for Sundowners with a Difference on Wednesday 14 September where we will showcase Spier Wine. The students will pair bite-size tastings for the various cultivars being presented, and we’ll ask you to comment on the snacks and how well they pair with the respective wines.
