The students have created menus that include 5 cuisines under one umbrella and each student must manage the entire experience. First and second-year students will cook the meals and manage front of house.

First up is Marizen Smit with Afrikaanse Voetspore on the 1st of October. Jackie Cameron School of Food & Wine students are preparing for their final three-year course meal and you're invited to attend. Each student has designed, marketed and must now execute a harvest-style buffet lunch menu for 40 paying guests. Cost is R300 per person.
