It’s been a busy month at Jackie Cameron School of Food & Wine. The students have completed the six-hour final practical cooking exam, as well as the international exam comprising culinary arts, food safety and food preparation. We are patting ourselves on our backs to be at this stage of the course, considering how disruptive the year has been.
