I look forward to introducing you to our 2021 aspiring chefs from next month. Sydney Gwala, another of last year’s intake is a real character. He originally reminded me of Clifford Thwala, a past student, but as the weeks pass by, I see only Sydney.

The students have completed the six-hour final practical cooking exam, as well as the international exam comprising culinary arts, food safety and food preparation.
