It is always such a privilege for me to be invited to attend the student graduation at the Jackie Cameron School of Food & Wine. Jackie Cameron puts her all into making sure her students graduate with all the necessary skills required to work as a chef.

Fast forward seven years, and today Nkululeko is living out his dream studying at the Jackie Cameron School of Food & Wine, thanks to a Woolworths TASTE Eat Out Bursary.

He gained experience in several KwaZulu-Natal restaurants, and in 2016 he relocated to Pretoria with the aim of building on the knowledge he had already gleaned.
