A few words from past student Zandy Armstrong about her time at Jackie Cameron School Of Food And Wine and where she is today.

“From the minute I met Chef Jackie I knew that Jackie Cameron School of Food and Wine was the right choice for me. I look back today knowing I made the best decision, and am so very grateful to have gained the very best grounding for the start of my Culinary career. I have worked with some of the very best chefs in South Africa and have been blessed with the opportunity to work and travel abroad, to Singapore, Thailand and France.

I am presently at Restaurant Jan in Nice (the very first South African restaurant to gain a Michelin star) whilst exploring the beauty of the French Riviera.

Who can know where the road will lead you, you just have to have the guts to jump in and get started.
A huge thank you to Chef Jackie who still to this day is one of my biggest mentors. Thank you for always being present and guiding me even even though I have long since left the best 😉”
