“Looking back as a student to where I am now, I have no doubt in my mind that I am the Chef I am today due to my training at Jackie Cameron School Of Food & Wine. It both mentally and emotionally prepared me for this wild industry, all whilst sharpening my culinary skills and knowledge. The course is intimate and personal, and Chef Jackie is able to give each and every student the attention they require.

The knowledge provided is extensive, and the practical industry experience is invaluable. All while studying on the most beautiful grounds and cooking in the most beautiful kitchens. It was truly a magical experience, one I hold very close to my heart. I urge if you are looking for a career in food, it hands down the best school you can attend.”
