“I could have never imagined the doors that Jackie Cameron School of Food and Wine would’ve opened for me and all that Chef Jackie has helped us to attain; all the dreams and goals we’ve aspired to reach.

Looking back I’ve realised how intense the course was and how it prepared us for the industry. I am currently in a new product developer at The Food Foundry and I wouldn’t have been doing what I am doing without the help and preparation from Chef Jackie. This Chef course not only prepares you for the kitchen but also helps you face all that life has to throw at you. Chef Jackie's unwavering support is admirable. She is always a call or message away, even after leaving chef school after all these years. I wouldn’t be where I am today without her support and that is why I highly recommend this chef course to anyone wanting to be in the restaurant industry or even working along side food in development.“
