Took a trip up to Hilton recently and experienced the first breakfast cooking class at Jackie Cameron School of Food and Wine, On arrival we had champagne and orange juice (starting the day with bubbles) followed by an amazing three course breakfast with Terbodore Cappuccinos, after that Jackie’s students showed us how to poach an egg and gave us a tour around the school.
