“Studying at Jackie Cameron School of Food & Wine and doing the highly intensive 18 month course was definitely one of the best choices I’ve made in life so far. Chef Jackie has done everything in her power to ensure that we knew what we had coming for us and made sure we were as prepped for the industry as we could be. The course led me to become so confident in myself and my skills.

I am currently working at Summerhill Guest Estate in Durban and am about to start in the pastry section. It has been an honour to join such an amazing team and to know I have the skills and knowledge to be apart of the team.”
