From day one of training right through to my carefully selected placement, Chef Jackie walks each step of the way with every student. From graduating in 2017 to now in 2022 where I was offered my first position as head chef, Chef Jackie is always just a phone call away, to help me grow and achieve new heights with every turn and any changes that my career takes.
