Inspired by the rich culinary traditions of India, Thailand and Singapore, Deeya Palath has designed a menu that highlights the bold spices, aromatic ingredients and balanced flavours that make Asian cuisine so captivating. This special lunch reflects the techniques, creativity and passion she has developed throughout her training at the school.

The Final Lunch presentations are an important milestone for our third-year students. They provide the opportunity to showcase their personal culinary style while demonstrating the professional skills and discipline required in the hospitality industry.

Guests attending Deeya’s lunch can look forward to an artisanal dining experience that celebrates the diversity of Asia’s culinary hubs while supporting a young chef as she prepares to embark on her professional journey.
