KOO Colour Your Plate - 18 Oct 2022 7pm

The heat is on as the top 8 contestants take on their first cooking challenge. Working as pairs for the first time, they must create a unique plate of food that tells their combined heritage story. Joining the panel as guest judge is renowned chef and culinary school owner, Jackie Cameron.

KOO recently launched a new range of Pilchards; Pilchards in Tomato Sauce and Pilchards in Hot Chilli Sauce, and our students had the honour of developing a few delicious recipes for you to try at home.
