Jonty will be employing his famous SAUCES with tasty pairings as a platform for a lesson on learning to taste! At least seven important & exciting sauces will be demonstrated by breaking them down into the different taste categories.
During the demo we will be tasting and learning about using the palate when cooking, not just the recipe... THEN we will pair with scrummy gourmet accompaniments & of course, with some gorgeous wines & a craft beer or two! Come prepared for a day of learning, mouth watering eating, drinking and laughing... That is all.
