Words from Sean Webber

Sean Webber Chef
Amazing job you have done Jackie Cameron. Your teaching methods and belief system around the structure of training chefs is phenomenal. You have been able to in a very short 5 year span, develop a training environment like no other around today, the level of ‘tradition of our trade’ that you have been able to include is amazing, and truly sets your students apart from any others.

Having worked with them on numerous occasions, they show skills, industry passion and industry respect like no others. This is testament to the environment that you have setup in order to pass this down to the next generation. As an industry of chefs, we all salute you for continuing this tradition, and being steadfast in your view of ensuring that chef attitude and chef demeanor are at the forefront of the students skill set, underpinned by cooking skills like no other. Well done! 5 years down... many more to come! Respect!
