More is less and it’s the simplicity in Amber-Rose’s Amarula Frappe that impressed me. She was a trainee when she walked into my office with this coffee frappe I knew she would slot right into our team. Try it as a refreshing alternative to a hot drink.

Amber-Rose's Amarula Frappe RECIPE

Serves: 215ml Honey

  • 250ml Fresh Cream or Full Cream Milk

  • 5ml Cocoa Powder

  • Crushed Ice

  • 1 shot Espresso Coffee

  • 60ml Cream

  • 30ml Amarula Liqueur

  • 5ml Good quality Dark Chocolate, grated

Method:

  1. Mix the honey, cream/milk and cocoa powder together.

  2. Mix with the crushed ice.

  3. Combine with the espresso.

  4. Whisk the cream and Amarula together.

  5. Place the iced coffee in a serving glass and top with the Amarula cream.

  6. Grated chocolate can be served on the side or sprinkled on top. Serve immediately.
