From the West Coast to Hilton
Fryer’s Cove has its home at Bamboes Bay on the Cape West Coast, near Doringbaai. The ocean and the landscape are part of the story behind its wines, and this evening is an opportunity to discover them in the company of fellow food-and-wine enthusiasts.
A chance to taste and learn
Our students will prepare food tastings to complement the wines. Creating pairings gives them a chance to put their learning into practice, while guests explore how food and wine come together.
