Nougat Sauce

Yields: about 450ml


  • 250ml Full Cream Milk
  • 250ml Cream
  • 45ml Amarula Liqueur
  • 100gr White Chocolate
  • 2 X 110gr Nougat


  1. Place all the ingredients into a saucepan, and allow to simmer for about 15 minutes, until the sauce gets thick.
  2. When at the desired consistency, serve over ice creams, fruits or any dessert.
