I am excited to be in Johannesburg tomorrow to prepare for this “Sparkling Evening” with Graham Beck Wines presented by Pierre de Klerk at Punchinello's Restaurant taking place on Wednesday evening. I look forward to meeting and working with all the teams involved in pulling off this event especially the great: Billy Gallagher. Chef Billy inspires me to inspire, nurture and uplift the cheffing youth of today because of his continued obsession and passion to do just that. Looking forward to a night to remember with old and new friends!
