Kgothatso Mathibe's Ginger Honey & Mustard Chicken Wings
INGREDIENTS
SERVINGS: 20 WINGS
10 Chicken Wings
300g Honey
100g Wholegrain Mustard
50g Ginger Powder
50ml Balsamic Vinegar
Oryx Salt and Pepper
DIRECTIONS
Cut chicken wings into half to make winglets
To make the marinade, combine the honey, mustard, ginger powder and balsamic vinegar.
Season the chicken wings with salt and pepper to your liking and then pour over the marinade.
If time allows leave the chicken to marinade overnight.
After marinating roast at 180°C in a preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
