Makes : 2 loaves
Ingredients :
- 4 cups Nutty Wheat
 - 2 cups Digestive Bran
 - 1 cup Pecan Nuts, chopped
 - ½ cup Sunflower Seeds
 - ½ cup White Sesame Seeds
 - ½ cup Raisins
 - 22.5ml Bicarbonate of Soda
 - 7.5ml Salt
 - 3 cups Plain Yoghurt or Maas
 - ½ cup Honey or Golden Syrup
 
Method :
Mix all the dry ingredients together.
Make a well in the centre and add the plain yoghurt / maas and honey / syrup. Combine all the ingredients.
Spoon into greased loaf tins (12cm x 22cm) making sure all the raisins have been pushed into the bread mixture as to not burn.
Bake at 180⁰C for 50minutes.Take the bread out of the tins and bake at 160⁰C for 20 minutes.
