Nardia and I trained together at the Christina Martin School of Food and Wine. After graduating we were lucky enough to be placed together at Mount Grace Country House and Spa, in the Magaliesburg. We were great support for one another then - and still to this day we chat daily. I have no clue how we find the time but it’s probably because our conversations are usually industry related.
I look forward to visiting Cool Runnings again and to savouring another delicious 'Nardia creation'. Well done for thinking out of the box and creating something special, my friend.
