Pastry takes the spotlight at The Roadside Cafe this Friday.
Join us at Jackie Cameron School of Food & Wine in Hilton on Friday 4 September from 3pm, when our students will be sharing an assortment of pastry products prepared as part of their practical culinary training.
Each popup gives our students another opportunity to take what they are learning in the kitchen and put it into practice — while giving our local community the chance to taste what they have been working on.

Our students prepare a set quantity for each popup. Once the food is sold out, there is no additional stock.
Come early. When it’s gone, it’s gone.
The Roadside Cafe takes place on selected Fridays from 3pm, with the menu changing according to what our students are currently learning, practising and creating.
