The Roadside Cafe · Student Popup
Biscuits and cakes return to The Roadside Cafe for another popup of practical student baking.
Join us at Jackie Cameron School of Food & Wine in Hilton on Tuesday 22 September from 3pm, when our students will share another changing selection shaped by what they have been learning, practising and making in the kitchen.
The theme may be familiar, but the table will not necessarily be identical to the previous popup. The selection could include rusks, shortbread, jam or chocolate biscuits, loaf cakes, cupcakes or iced cakes, depending on that week’s practical work.

This is a genuine student popup rather than a full-scale bakery. Once Tuesday’s selection has sold out, there is no additional stock.

The Roadside Cafe usually takes place on selected Fridays from 3pm. This special Tuesday popup follows the same student-learning format, with the menu changing according to the students’ current programme.
