We strive for excellence in everything we do in the industry, no matter how big or small the task. This chef course has shown me the importance of persevering and working hard in all things – in your work life and even your personal life.

The course allows you to see the value of learning to work under different circumstances and how to adapt to these environments as well as setting a precedent for improvement. There is always something you could be doing faster and/or better. There is always an opportunity for learning each day and we were able to see the value of this as we progressed in the course, at our placement and now, in our daily lives.
