Join us for a Foundational Artisan Bread Course
Graeme Taute will be running a foundational Artisan Bread Course at the Jackie Cameron School of Food & Wine.

Location: Jackie Cameron School of Food & Wine, Hilton
The course will explore the fundamental principles of artisan bread-making. Participants will then each go on to make a traditional French Country Loaf and a Ciabatta. Lunch will be served. Participants will bake their breads in the afternoon, taking the loaves they’ve made home with them.
