One course, four Sunday classes
The JC Coffee Table opening class is on Sunday 11 October 2026. All four dates form part of one course; they are not separate drop-in sessions.

What you will learn
- Types and characteristics of hot and cold beverages and their ingredients.
- Engaging with and serving customers to organisational standards.
- Preparing and serving a variety of beverages to organisational standards.
Qualification and preparation
Work towards the Highfield Level 2 Award in Barista Skills (RQF). The final examination is scheduled for December 2026; the exact date remains TBA. The award depends on successfully meeting the qualification requirements.
All equipment and ingredients are provided. Wear comfortable clothes and closed shoes, and bring a notebook and water bottle.
