White Wine and Mustard Sauce
- 250ml White Wine
- 30ml Wholegrain Mustard
- 500ml Cream
- In a saucepan on the Weber, reduce the 250ml white wine by half to 125ml. Then whisk in the mustard.
- Whisk in the cream, whisking the sauce continuously until it is heated being careful not to split the sauce. Season well and serve.
