Try this white-wine-and-wholegrain mustard sauce recipe. Drizzled over baked butternut stuffed with sundried tomatoes, olive and feta, this dish is ideal for those who enjoy a real Sunday roast.

White Wine and Mustard Sauce


  • 250ml White Wine
  • 30ml Wholegrain Mustard
  • 500ml Cream


  1. In a saucepan on the Weber, reduce the 250ml white wine by half to 125ml. Then whisk in the mustard.
  2. Whisk in the cream, whisking the sauce continuously until it is heated being careful not to split the sauce. Season well and serve.
