Sarah Le Roux's Honey and Coconut Latte

Ingredients:

40g Terbodore Coffee or 2 Double shots Espresso

400ml milk

400ml or 1 can coconut milk

45g raw honey

Pinch of Oryx salt

Method:

Extract Coffee from a coffee machine or use plunger with 120 ml of hot water. Combine Coffee and the rest of the ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer, serve and enjoy

Sarah’s Heartwarming Golden Milk

Ingredients:

400ml or 1 can Coconut Milk

45g raw honey

2g tumeric

1g ground ginger

1g cinnamon or 1 cinnamon quill

Pinch of Oryx Salt

Method:

Place all ingredients, except the honey and salt into the saucepan. Whisk together and bring to a simmer. Stir frequently to ensure it does not catch, finally add Honey and Salt to taste. Serve and enjoy
