"Driving out to the KZN Midlands is always a special outing for me. I love the scenic open spaces of the outdoors along with the road tripping customs of stopping off the beaten track for eats, refreshments and other breaks. This last mini trip brought me to the picturesque town of Hilton; 98km from Durban and home to The Jackie Cameron School of Food & Wine, which is the reason for my visit. Along with help from students, close friends and family, Jackie put together what I can only describe as the best “High Tea” I have ever attended. The auspicious occasion marked the celebration and launch of her most recent book, Baking with Jackie Cameron."
