Hot Cocoa Drink with Nougat
Serves: 6 coffee mugs
- 750ml Full Cream Milk
- 250ml Cream
- 125ml White Sugar
- 125ml Cocoa Powder
- 5ml Vanilla Extract
- 125ml Cream, whipped soft peak
- 1 X 110gr Nougat, cut in chunks
- Bring the milk, cream, sugar, cocoa and vanilla to the boil, stirring until the sugar crystals are dissolved. Allow the mixture to lightly simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Divide the whipped cream between the serving mugs, then pour the hot cocoa mixture into the mugs slowly. Place the nougat chunks on top and serve straight away.
