Hot Cocoa Drink with Nougat

Serves: 6 coffee mugs


  • 750ml Full Cream Milk
  • 250ml Cream
  • 125ml White Sugar
  • 125ml Cocoa Powder
  • 5ml Vanilla Extract
  • 125ml Cream, whipped soft peak
  • 1 X 110gr Nougat, cut in chunks


  1. Bring the milk, cream, sugar, cocoa and vanilla to the boil, stirring until the sugar crystals are dissolved. Allow the mixture to lightly simmer for about 10 minutes.
  2. Divide the whipped cream between the serving mugs, then pour the hot cocoa mixture into the mugs slowly. Place the nougat chunks on top and serve straight away.
