Earlier this year I was fortunate to have been invited by S. Pellegrino and Acqua Panna to represent South Africa at the Audi Chef’s Cup Sudtirol 2014, in Alta Badia-Italy. This event is a fantastic display of culinary excellance attracting the leading personalities of national and international cuisine. At this event I met Clemens Mair, who is the director of food and beverage at the “Al Faisaliah Hotel” A Rosewood Hotel-Riyadh, Saudi Arabia... and we got chatting.
This meeting has resulted in my being invited to cook for the week, 9-14th November, at the prestigious “GLOBE SUMMIT SERIES” event and I'm so looking forward to it. I cannot wait to experience all things Saudi!
